Great location. You know starbucks nothing new here. You get the added benefit of drinking coffee while taking in the view of the Hollywood sign. Life is good.
I always love Starbucks and everything they have to offer. Just like any other Starbucks though it is expensive. If you can live with it then this is where your go-to coffee stop should be. This particular location was very clean, not that long of a wait, all the staff were pretty friendly besides the person taking my order. That's why I rated a 4. But I highly recommend coming here.
This is pure water barely the smell of coffee inside, and i saw her pouring so much water and i asked she said no not for you then gave it to me😂I'm a tourist i felt shy to ask.. But even the handling was with so much attitude i didn't hear my name calling she just put it and went back.. If you hate your job please quit it this is coffee.. Supposed to be made with love :)
This is the worst Starbucks branch cause it's too touristy so they don't care about the service cause you're coming once anyways😣
This was a nice, convienent Starbucks located right on the West Hollywood strip close to the walk of game and just next to the Everything's 10 Dollars store. The staff were friendly and the inside was clean, though orders did take a little longer than usual. However the orders were done correctly and everything tasted delicious. If you're visiting Hollywood and want to stop and grab a drink, this is a good option.
This place is so expensive but have a variety of tasty drinks. They also have cake pops which are so delicious. I wish they would come down on prices but that would never happen. I'm not much of a fan with their frappe type drinks. There strawberry cooler is really tasty. it's probably my favorite drink from there. Their mochittos are pretty good too, very tasty.
My experience was good. Nice customer service. It is a smaller establishment. I didn't have to wait too long for my caramel frappuccino. I was also able to sit and people watch before entering Madame Tussauds next door. Did have to wait a little until someone got up since no indoor seating.
Absolutely the worst customer service, I went out of my way to create a gmail to write this review. Due to the way I was treated, I will never return to any Starbucks to spend my hard earned money. I am really big on customer service, and I am super polite. I really hope the franchise owners don’t allow the baristas to continue treating customer that way. It’s sad that this location is next to tourist location, tourist are going to think all Californians are like that!
Well, I love my over priced cup of coffee. This location was a bit slower placed service than I'm used to even though they had like a million and one people working the joint. I can understand though, it is in a busy amusement park. Friendly, staff and clean store; always a win for me.
